Molehill
Terms of service
These terms govern use of Molehill (app.molehillapp.com) provided by Molehill Analytics OÜ, registry code pending registration, Tallinn, Estonia ("Molehill", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Account
You must be a business or act for one. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
2. The service
Molehill connects to the data sources you authorise, analyses them and presents reports and recommendations. Recommendations are estimates based on your data and published evidence, shown with their uncertainty; decisions and their consequences remain yours.
3. Your data
You own your store data. You grant Molehill the rights needed to process it to provide the service. You confirm you are entitled to connect each source. We handle it as described in the Privacy policy and the Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms.
4. Platform terms
Use of connected platforms is also subject to their terms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Klaviyo). If a platform withdraws or changes access, the affected features may stop working; we will tell you what happened and what the fix is.
5. Acceptable use
No reselling, scraping, reverse engineering, or use to build a competing service; no unlawful use; no connecting accounts you do not control.
6. Fees
Subscription fees are as shown at purchase, billed in advance for each billing period, excluding VAT where applicable. Price changes come with 30 days' notice. No refunds for partial periods except where the law requires.
7. Trial and pilot use
Free or pilot access can be ended by either side at any time. Pilot participants agree to give feedback and allow us to use anonymised, aggregated learnings to improve the service; we never name a pilot store without written permission.
8. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it; planned maintenance is announced where practical.
9. Intellectual property
Molehill, its software, models, methods and content remain ours. Reports generated for you may be used by you for your business.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Molehill is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of the service. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
11. Termination
You can close the account at any time; we may suspend or end accounts for breach or non-payment, with notice where reasonable. On termination, data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes.
13. Law and disputes
Estonian law applies. Disputes go to Harju County Court, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
